The History of Jewish Athletes in American Football

I have wrestled with the idea of what social, cultural, and institutional factors at the University of Michigan enabled Jewish athletes to succeed in football during the 1920s and 1930s, and how do these factors compare to the current trends in American college football where Jewish participation in football is less common? This documentary aims to try to answer some or all of this question.
